Chafing Gear

Chafing Gear protects expensive mooring and tow lines from damage. Easy to install and remove, Chafing Gear works equally as well with chain and wire rope assemblies.

Chafing Gear is available in three materials: Web, Bulked Nylon or Felt

DC GUARD 

Made with Dyneema® fiber, Light and flexible, Cut and abrasion resistant, Superior durability, Fully repairable in the field. DC GARD must be removed for inspection and provides maximum protection

Dynalene

Made with Dyneema® fiber, Light and flexible, Cut and abrasion resistant, Superior durability, Fully repairable in the field. Dynalene allows inspection without removal and provides added protection

Chaffing Gear may be ordered in a single long length for on-site cutting and installation of various lengths as required.
