The Speed Base Hoist Ring is for users that install and remove lift rings repeatedly.
Tap the lugs with a small hammer or tapper to make sure the base is tight on the surface of the object being lifted.
No Torque wrenches required Just spin the base down flush and tap one of the lugs to tighten.
